Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- sugar - 1 c
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- slivered almonds
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- powdered sugar
- pkg - 2 oz
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
How to make pumpkin roll:
Filling:1 c. powdered sugar2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese4 Tbsp. butter1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat eggs 5 minutes; add all ingredients except almonds. Spread mixture into greased and floured cookie sheet. Top with nuts. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Turn out on wax paper. Mix all ingredients for filling together; spread on cooled cake and roll.
