Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 4 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 3/4 c
- powdered sugar
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- cloves - 1 tsp
- Philadelphia cream cheese
- lemon flavor - 1 c
How to make pumpkin roll:
Filling:1 c. powdered sugar4 tsp. butter1 large pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. chopped nuts Filling: Beat ingredients and spread on cake; re-roll and refrigerate. Slice in 1 inch slices.Beat eggs until foamy (5 minutes). Add sugar, pumpkin, flavors, flour, baking powder and salt. Beat ingredients and pour into 9 x 15-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
Turn out onto towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll up towel and cake together, leave towel on until cool, then unroll and spread with the filling.
