Pumpkin roll
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- ginger - 1 tsp
- canned pumpkin - 2/3 c
- Add sugar and pumpkin and mix well
How to make pumpkin roll:
Beat eggs well. Add sugar and pumpkin and mix well. Add flour and spices. Pour into jelly roll pan and bake at 375° for 6 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle tea towel with powdered sugar and roll up pumpkin cake in towel. Refrigerate until cold. Unroll and spread filling on cake.
