Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- cream cheese
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
How to make pumpkin roll:
Filling:8 oz. cream cheese2 Tbsp. butter1 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Filling: Mix and beat well.Combine all ingredients and beat well. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and grease well. Pour batter on cookie sheet and bake at 375° for 15 to 18 minutes. Turn out on a well powdered sugar tea towel. Roll towel and cake together and chill for 1 hour. Unroll and spread filling on. roll cake and filling. Wrap, then refrigerate or freeze. Pumpkin Roll freezes very well.
