Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- ginger - 1 tsp
- margarine - 3/4 c
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- can pumpkin - 29 oz
- cans canned milk - 2 item
How to make pumpkin pie cake:
Mix together eggs, sugar, pumpkin, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and milk. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle dried cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Melt margarine and pour over cake mix. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350° (325° glass pan) for 1 1/2 hours. Test with toothpick.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Kid Friendly.
