Ingredients/Components

  • baked pie shells - 2 item
  • small can pumpkin plain - 1 item
  • pumpkin pie spice - 1 Tbsp
  • lite cream cheese - 1 (8
  • large box or 2 small boxes vanilla or butterscotch sugar-free instant pudding mix - 1 item
  • Cool Whip - 1 item

How to make pumpkin pie:

Pour into bowl the pumpkin, spices, pudding mix (right out of box) and cream cheese. Mix well and pour into baked pie shells. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with Cool Whip, if desired.

Note: Cream cheese may be left out.
