Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- large eggs - 3 item
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks butter or margarine - 1 item
- large can evaporated milk - 1 item
- large can pumpkin - 1 item
How to make pumpkin dump cake:
Beat eggs; add in all other ingredients except cake mix. Top with dry cake mix and cut butter into chunks and put on top of cake mix. Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 1 hour at 350°. Serve with Cool Whip.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Thanksgiving.
