  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • ginger - 3/4 tsp
  • Cool Whip - 1 item
  • ground cloves - 3/4 tsp
  • can pumpkin - 1 item
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • can Milnot - 1 item

How to make pumpkin cake:

Mix all ingredients except the cake mix, Cool Whip and pecans. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle dry yellow cake mix over the top. Melt 2 sticks margarine and spread over cake mix. Bake 1 1/2 hours. Let cool. Spread Cool Whip over the top and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
