Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans
- salt - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- ginger - 3/4 tsp
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- ground cloves - 3/4 tsp
- can pumpkin - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- can Milnot - 1 item
How to make pumpkin cake:
Mix all ingredients except the cake mix, Cool Whip and pecans. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle dry yellow cake mix over the top. Melt 2 sticks margarine and spread over cake mix. Bake 1 1/2 hours. Let cool. Spread Cool Whip over the top and sprinkle with chopped nuts.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Vegetables.
