- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- ginger - 1 tsp
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make pumpkin cheese pie:
Preheat oven to 375°. In large bowl with mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, cinnamon, ginger, salt and nutmeg. Add pumpkin, flour and evaporated milk until well blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
