  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • Philadelphia cream cheese
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
  • sprinkle of salt - 1 item
  • 9-inch pastry pie shell - 1 item
  • canned or cooked pumpkin

How to make pumpkin cheese pie:

Cheese Mixture:8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese1/4 c. sugar1/2 tsp. salt1 egg1 (9-inch) pastry pie shell Cheese mixture, mix well, spread well on bottom of 9-inch pie pastry shell. Pumpkin pie mixture, mix well and carefully pour over cheese mixture. Bake 65 to 70 minutes or until done.
