- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- Philadelphia cream cheese
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- sprinkle of salt - 1 item
- 9-inch pastry pie shell - 1 item
- canned or cooked pumpkin
How to make pumpkin cheese pie:
Cheese Mixture:8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese1/4 c. sugar1/2 tsp. salt1 egg1 (9-inch) pastry pie shell Cheese mixture, mix well, spread well on bottom of 9-inch pie pastry shell.
