- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- nuts - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 3 c
- ginger - 3/4 tsp
- ground cloves - 3/4 tsp
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- In large bowl, beat eggs thoroughly and add sugar
How to make pumpkin cake:
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and spices; set aside. In large bowl, beat eggs thoroughly and add sugar. Continue to beat until eggs are lemon colored and fluffy. Gradually add the oil, pumpkin and vanilla, beating well after each addition. At low speed, gradually beat in flour mixture, beating only until flour is moistened. Pour into greased Bundt pan and bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.Cream Cheese Frosting:2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla3 c. powdered sugar milk Beat cream cheese with vanilla until fluffy, then add powdered sugar adding milk to make the consistency wanted.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Vegetables.
