Pumpkin cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 2/3 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- can pumpkin
- melted oleo - 1/2 c
- white or yellow cake mix - 1 item
How to make pumpkin cake:
Topping:2 tbsp. melted oleo1/4 c. brown sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. chopped nuts Remove 1 cup of cake mix and set aside. Mix remainder of cake mix with 1 egg and 1/2 c. melted oleo. Press into bottom of a cake pan. Mix large pumpkin with 3 eggs, milk, sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Pour on top of bottom layer. Combine topping mixture with the remaining 1 cup of cake mix. Sprinkle on top of pumpkin. Bake at 400° for 15 mins. Reduce heat to 350° and continue to bake for 45 mins.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Vegetables.
