- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
- coconut cream pie filling instant or cook - 1 pkg
How to make pumpkin bread:
Mix sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin. Add sifted dry ingredients. Add nuts and pie filling. Bake in 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°. (Check after 1 hour.*)*(I usually make 2 loaves instead of one; check after 45 minutes.)
