Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese, softened
- can pumpkin - 16 oz
How to make pumpkin bars:
Icing:1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened1/2 c. margarine, softened1 tsp. vanilla2 c. powdered sugar Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Combine. Pour into an ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.For Icing: Cream together until smooth and creamy, cream cheese, margarine, vanilla and powdered sugar. Spread over cooled pumpkin bars.
