Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese or Swiss - 1/4 c
How to make puff pastry:
Melt butter in 1/4 cup boiling water. Add flour and a dash of salt. Stir good until it forms a ball. Remove from heat and add 1 egg and cheese. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet (bake at 400° for 20 minutes). Stuff with chicken, ham or tuna salad.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, Crusts/pastry dough.
