Prince of wales cake

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• brown sugar - 1 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• buttermilk - 1 c
• molasses - 2 Tbsp
• raisins - 1 c
• cloves - 1/2 tsp
• flour all-purpose - 2 c

How to make prince of wales cake:

Note: Don't sift except to mix flour and spices.

Bake in 2 layer pans or 1 loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Ice with white icing of any kind (boiled, butter, cream cheese, etc.).
