Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- cold water - 1/2 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- oleo, softened - 1/2 c
- strawberry jello
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- crushed pretzels - 1 c
- frozen sweetened strawberries
How to make pretzel salad:
Mix pretzels, 3 tablespoons sugar and oleo. Press into 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Let cool.Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and strawberries, including juice. When it begins to gel, spread over the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
