Ingredients/Components
- pretzels, crushed to nut size - 2 c
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- boiling water - 2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- large strawberry jello - 1 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- medium Cool Whip - 1 item
How to make pretzel salad:
Mix and pat pretzels, butter and sugar in 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake 8 minutes at 400°. Cool. Mix jello and boiling water; stir well. Add frozen berries; cool until it starts to thicken. Cream cheese and sugar; fold in Cool Whip and spread over pretzels. Add strawberry mixture on top and chill until set.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Salads.
