Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- hot water - 2 c
- melted butter or margarine - 3/4 c
- box strawberry Jell-O - 6 oz
- crushed pretzels - 2 c
- soft cream cheese - 8 oz
- boxes thawed strawberries - 2 item
How to make pretzel salad:
Combine pretzels, 1/2 cup sugar and melted butter and spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 5 minutes at 350°. Let cool. Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Drain juice from strawberries and add enough water to make one cup. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water and add to strawberries.
