Praline ice cream sauce
Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans
- butter - 1/4 c
- all-purpose flour - 3 Tbsp
- light corn syrup - 3/4 c
- packed light brown sugar
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
How to make praline ice cream sauce:
Spread pecans on baking dish. Bake at 300° for 15 minutes. Set aside. Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add light brown sugar, corn syrup and flour, stirring well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to lukewarm. Gradually stir in milk and pecans.
