- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla extract
- flour - 3 c
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- almond extract - 1/2 tsp
- sticks butter - 2 item
- lemon extract - 1/2 tsp
How to make pound cake:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, then the extracts. Sift flour and soda together and add alternately with the buttermilk to the mixture. Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
