Potluck potatoes

Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 16 oz
• salt - 1 tsp
• pepper - 1/4 tsp
• can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
• grated Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
• medium onion, chopped - 1/2 item
• stick melted oleo - 1 item
• Southern style frozen hash browns - 2 lb

How to make potluck potatoes:

Mix all ingredients and place in 13 x 7 x 9-inch baking dish, greased with butter. Top with cornflake crumbs. Bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
