Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- chopped green peppers - 1 c
- potatoes, peeled and cubed - 5 lb
- bacon, fried crisp and crumbled - 1 lb
- eggs, boiled and cubed - 6 item
How to make potato salad:
Cook potatoes in saucepan until done; drain, then let cool. Mix together, in separate bowl, mayonnaise, mustard, milk, salt, pepper and celery seed. Add remaining ingredients to potatoes and toss, mixing in mayonnaise mixture. Serve cold.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Potato.
