Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- dried dill weed - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- mustard - 2 tsp
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- seashell macaroni - 8 oz
- thinly chopped celery - 1 c
- cucumber, deseeded and cubed - 1 item
How to make pasta salad:
Cook macaroni until tender; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again. In bowl, stir together the next 7 ingredients. Add macaroni, celery, eggs and cucumber; toss to coat well. Cover; chill. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Salads, Pasta.
