Potato corn bake
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1/2 c
- instant mashed potatoes - 2 c
- bacon, cooked and coarsely crumbled - 1/2 lb
- Green Giant cream-style corn - 15 oz
How to make potato corn bake:
Save 1 tablespoon bacon grease, saute onion and bell pepper until tender. Stir in milk, corn, margarine, salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat until bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in potato flakes and sour cream. Blend well. Spoon into greased pan, top with Parmesan cheese. Bake on 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Corn.
