  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • butter or margarine - 1 c
  • flour
  • egg yolk - 1 item
  • crushed potato chips - 1/2 c
  • walnuts, chopped fine - 1/2 c

How to make potato chip cookies:

Cream butter, then add sugar, egg and vanilla. Blend well. Add flour, chips and nuts; mix well. Drop off teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
