Potato chip cookies

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• self-rising flour - 1 c
• nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
• white sugar - 1/2 c
• crushed potato chips - 1 c
• shortening or margarine - 1/2 c

How to make potato chip cookies:

Cream shortening and sugars. Add egg and vanilla, then add flour, salt and soda. Add chips and nuts. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
