  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • egg yolk - 1 item
  • unsalted butter - 1 c
  • crushed potato chips - 1 c
  • chopped nuts walnuts or pecans - 1/2 c

How to make potato chip cookies:

Cream butter and sugar together. Add the egg yolk and vanilla, blending well. Blend in the flour, little at a time. Fold in the crushed chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° about 15 minutes.
