  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 item
  • to 7 medium potatoes - 6 item

How to make potato bake:

Peel and boil potatoes until just soft. Cool. Grate. Mix remaining ingredients with potatoes. Bake in greased casserole 30 minutes at 350°.
