- minced garlic - 1 tsp

- beef broth - 1/2 c

- to 8 medium onions, peeled - 6 item
How to make pot roast:
Brown roast on both sides in skillet (without oil), then place in crock-pot. Take chopped onion, chopped green pepper, fresh ginger and minced garlic; stir-fry in oil in skillet until tender. Add soy sauce and beef broth; bring to a boil and pour over roast. Add whole potatoes, onions and carrots. Cook for 4 to 5 hours, or until meat is tender.
