- can mushrooms - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- package Lipton Onion soup mix - 1 item
- Roast - 1 item
- cup burgundy wine - 1 item
How to make pot roast:
Brown roast on both sides. Mix Onion soup mix, mushroom soup, mushrooms and burgundy wine. Pour over browned roast and cook covered at 275 for at least 3 - 4 hours, depending on size of roast.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
