Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 1/2
- saltine crumbs - 1 c
- chopped red and green pepper - 1/4 c
- boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes - 1 lb
How to make pork hot dish:
Cook pork, celery, pepper and onion in oil until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. In large bowl, combine pork mixture, noodles, soups, corn, milk, salt and pepper; mix well. Put in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine crumbs and butter; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes until heated through.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork, One Dish meal.
