Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 1/2
- melted oleo - 3 Tbsp
- can undiluted cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- saltine cracker crumbs - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 item
- boneless pork, cut into bite size pieces - 1 lb
- chopped sweet red or green pepper - 1/4 1/2
How to make pork hot dish:
In a skillet, heat oil. Cook pork, celery, pepper and onion until meat is brown. In a large bowl, combine pork mixture, noodles, soups, corn, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well; turn into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine crumbs and oleo; sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until heated through.
