  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • can cream-style corn - 1 1/2
  • melted oleo - 3 Tbsp
  • can undiluted cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
  • saltine cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 item
  • boneless pork, cut into bite size pieces - 1 lb
  • chopped sweet red or green pepper - 1/4 1/2

How to make pork hot dish:

In a skillet, heat oil. Cook pork, celery, pepper and onion until meat is brown. In a large bowl, combine pork mixture, noodles, soups, corn, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well; turn into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine crumbs and oleo; sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until heated through. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
