Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
  • butter or margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • 10 oz - 1 pkg
  • cream-style corn - 1 can
  • saltine crumbs - 1 c
  • condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted - 1 can
  • condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 can
  • boneless pork, cut into bite size pieces - 1 lb
  • chopped sweet red or green pepper - 1/4 c

How to make pork hot dish:

In a skillet, heat oil. Cook pork, celery, red or green pepper and onion until the meat is browned and vegetables are tender. In a large bowl combine pork mixture, noodles, soups, corn, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well. Turn into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine crumbs and butter, sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until heated through. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
