Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- 10 oz - 1 pkg
- cream-style corn - 1 can
- saltine crumbs - 1 c
- condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted - 1 can
- condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 can
- boneless pork, cut into bite size pieces - 1 lb
- chopped sweet red or green pepper - 1/4 c
How to make pork hot dish:
In a skillet, heat oil. Cook pork, celery, red or green pepper and onion until the meat is browned and vegetables are tender. In a large bowl combine pork mixture, noodles, soups, corn, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well. Turn into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine crumbs and butter, sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until heated through. Yields 8 to 10 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork, One Dish meal.
