Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- cold water - 2 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- pork chops - 6 item
- apples, peeled, cored and sliced - 6 item
How to make pork chops with apples:
Fry pork chops until brown on each side. Season to taste. Put into buttered baking dish. Top each with apple slices. Sprinkle brown sugar over apples.Brown flour in same pan. Add water and raisins. Bring to a boil. Add vinegar. Pour gravy over chops and apples. Cover; bake until apples are tender at 350°.
