Ingredients/Components
- water
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium pork chops - 4 item
- rice uncooked - 1 c
How to make pork chops and rice:
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown. Mix soup, water and onion together; cook 5 minutes. Put rice in greased casserole dish. Place pork chops on top of rice and pour soup mixture over this. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Pork chop, Pork, Rice.
