Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- hot water - 1 c
- sage - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- pork chops - 8 item
- to 5 apples, cored and sliced - 4 item
How to make pork chops and apples:
Flour and brown chops on both sides. Place in single layer in 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with 4 or 5 apples, cored and sliced. Mix together and sprinkle over top the brown sugar, raisins, salt, pepper and sage. Mix the hot water and vinegar; pour over all.
