Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- water - 1/2 c
- almond extract - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- poppy seed - 1/4 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- instant vanilla pudding
- cinnamon-sugar mixture - 1 item
- mixed fruit baby juice - 1/2 c
How to make poppy seed bread:
Combine cake and pudding mixes. Add oil, water and juice. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add almond flavoring. Fold in poppy seed. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans coated with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Remove from pan and sprinkle top with more cinnamon-sugar mixture.
