- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 5 tsp
- melted butter - 1 c
- loaves frozen bread, thawed - 2 item
How to make monkey bread:
Let bread rise. Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Pinch pieces of dough and make into ball. Dip in butter and roll in sugar mixture. Make 2 layers of balls in Bundt cake pan; pour remaining sugar mixture over top. Let stand and rise 15 minutes. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
