Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • firmly packed brown sugar - 1 c
  • soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • onion salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • ground beef
  • Accent - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 1/2 tsp
  • Drain
  • c milk - 1/2 item
  • quick oats uncooked - 3/4 c
  • can finely chopped water chestnuts - 5 oz
  • beef bouillon soup - 1 c

How to make polynesian meatballs:

Combine and shape into balls; bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes. Drain.Sauce:8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice1 c. firmly packed brown sugar1 c. beef bouillon (soup)2 Tbsp. cornstarch1/2 c. vinegar2 tsp. soy sauce1/2 c. chopped green pepper Mix sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Add juice, bouillon, vinegar and soy sauce. Boil one minute. Stir in pineapple and pepper. Add meatballs; simmer 10 minutes.
