Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1 c
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- onion salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- ground beef
- Accent - 1 tsp
- garlic - 1/2 tsp
- Drain
- c milk - 1/2 item
- quick oats uncooked - 3/4 c
- can finely chopped water chestnuts - 5 oz
- beef bouillon soup - 1 c
How to make polynesian meatballs:
Combine and shape into balls; bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes. Drain.Sauce:8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice1 c. firmly packed brown sugar1 c. beef bouillon (soup)2 Tbsp. cornstarch1/2 c. vinegar2 tsp. soy sauce1/2 c. chopped green pepper Mix sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Add juice, bouillon, vinegar and soy sauce. Boil one minute. Stir in pineapple and pepper. Add meatballs; simmer 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Main dish, Ground beef.
