  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • can mandarin oranges - 1 item
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • medium carton Cool Whip - 1 item
  • small box pistachio pudding - 1 item

How to make pistachio salad:

Pour pudding mix into bowl. Add small can of undrained pineapple; stir well. Add mandarin oranges and pecans. Fold in Cool Whip. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
