  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 3 c
  • flour
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • nuts optional - 1 c
  • carton frozen whipped topping, thawed - 1 oz

How to make pistachio dessert:

Combine the flour, butter and nuts until crumbly. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan (sprayed with Pam) and bake at 350° for 18 to 22 minutes. Cool.

Combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Fold in 1/2 carton of whipped topping and spread over cooled crust. Combine pudding mix and milk and beat thoroughly. Pour over cheese layer. Frost with remaining whipped topping and nuts. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
