  • flour - 2 c
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar - 1/2 c
  • pistachio instant pudding - 2 (3
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • sticks butter or margarine, melted - 2 item
  • carton Cool Whip large - 1 item

How to make pistachio dessert:

Mix flour, butter and nuts. Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350° and let cool. Beat cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and 1/2 of carton Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Mix pudding with 2 1/2 cups of cold milk. Beat 2 minutes and spread on cream cheese mixture. When set, spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Chopped nuts may also be added.
