Blueberry cream cheese pie
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- nuts - 3/4 c
- powdered sugar - 3 c
- Cool Whip - 16 oz
- cream cheese, softened - 16 oz
- can pie filling - 1 item
How to make blueberry cream cheese pie:
Melt butter in oven at 350°; add flour. Press into the bottom of the cake pan and top with nuts. Bake for 30 minutes; let cool.While crust is cooling, soften cream cheese; mix with Cool Whip. Blend in powdered sugar; top cooled crust. Top cream cheese mixture with pie filling; cool.
