Pistachio dessert
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- pkg - 1 1/4
- milk
- flour - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- carton Cool Whip - 12 oz
- pecans save some for topping - 3/4 c
How to make pistachio dessert:
Mix flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 stick butter and pecans (save some of the pecans for topping). Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan for crust. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Let cool. Mix cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar. Add half of 12 ounce carton Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Combine pudding and milk. Beat 2 minutes and spread over cream cheese mixture.
