  • milk - 1 c
  • vanilla ice cream - 2 pt
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • large Cool Whip - 1 item
  • Ritz crackers - 60 item
  • Heath candy bar - 1 item
  • instant pistachio puddings - 2 item

How to make pistachio delight:

Melt 2 sticks butter. Crush 60 Ritz crackers in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix with melted butter. Bake 10 minutes at 350°. Cool.

Mix 2 packages of instant pistachio pudding with 1 cup of milk and 2 pints of vanilla ice cream. Pour over first layer. Refrigerate.

Top with large Cool Whip and shave Heath candy bar on top.
