Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/3 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- plus 1 Tbsp - 3/4 c
- nuts optional - 1 item
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- instant pistachio pudding mix
- large white cake mix - 1 item
How to make pistachio cake:
Mix all ingredients well, about 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Sprinkle with nuts (optional). Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°. Make icing while baking by combining powdered sugar, oleo, 1/3 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. TaRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Grains.
