  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 1/3 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • plus 1 Tbsp - 3/4 c
  • nuts optional - 1 item
  • oleo - 2 Tbsp
  • instant pistachio pudding mix
  • large white cake mix - 1 item

How to make pistachio cake:

Mix all ingredients well, about 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Sprinkle with nuts (optional). Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°. Make icing while baking by combining powdered sugar, oleo, 1/3 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Ta
