  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • cream cheese
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • water
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • oleo - 1/2 tsp
  • apples - 4 c

How to make apple cake:

Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese1/2 tsp. oleo1/2 tsp. vanilla1 c. powdered sugar Beat oil and eggs until foamy. Add sugar and beat well, then add vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and add to the first part. Add water. Pare the apples. Slice thin and add to the mixture. Beat well and then fold in nuts. Bake 50 minutes at 350° or until done in a 10 x 13-inch pan. For the frosting, beat all ingredients together and spread over cake after it has cooled.
