  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • heavy cream
  • warm water - 1/2 c
  • white or yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • each pkg - 2 3/4
  • box pistachio instant pudding mix - 1 3/4
  • poppy seed optional - 1/2 c
  • white creme de menthe optional - 1 Tbsp

How to make pistachio cake:

Frosting:1 c. heavy cream1 (3 3/4 oz.) box pistachio instant pudding mix1 Tbsp. white creme de menthe (optional) In a large mixing bowl, blend cake mix with flour, pudding mix, oil, warm water, milk, eggs and poppy seed. Beat about two minutes.
