Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- heavy cream
- pistachio instant pudding - 1 pkg
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- finely chopped nuts - 1 c
- club soda - 1 c
- finely chopped chocolate chips - 1/2 c
How to make pistachio cake:
Icing:1 pt. heavy cream1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding1 tsp. vanilla Cake: Mix cake mix, pudding, oil, eggs and club soda for 4 minutes at moderate speed. Add nuts and chocolate chips by hand. Mix. Bake approximately 55 minutes in tube pan at 350°.Icing: Whip together the heavy cream, pistachio pudding and vanilla. Whip until firm. Spread on top and sides of cake. Serve chilled.
